Octillion Power Systems Opens Third Gujarat Plant to Boost EV Battery Capacity

Octillion Power Systems opened its third manufacturing facility in India, adding to its existing network of plants and marking a significant expansion of its production footprint in the country. The new site is located in Gujarat’s industrial corridor.

Gujarat Plant is designed to produce lithium‑ion battery modules for electric vehicles, employing advanced assembly lines that follow the company’s standardized quality protocols. The plant will create new jobs and support local suppliers in the region.

EV Battery Capacity at the company is expected to rise, helping meet rising demand from Indian automakers as the nation pushes for higher EV adoption. The added output aims to reduce reliance on imported battery components.
