Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission – A recent government review reports that the digital health platform now links over 1.2 billion patient records, streamlines claim processing, supports tele‑consultations across public hospitals, and operates in 28 states and union territories.

ABHA – The Ayushman Bharat Health Account enables citizens to create a unique digital health ID via a mobile app; the ID stores vaccination, lab and prescription data, reduces paperwork and allows providers to verify eligibility instantly as of 2024.

West Bengal – Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari announced that the state will enroll more than 1,850 hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, aiming to extend cashless treatment to rural patients and benefit roughly 12 million low‑income families by the next fiscal year.
